and she knows he's right, because he cheats on her and he tells her lies but she still depends on him. it didn't have to be like this, but it was.  when he would swoop down and kiss her she knew this was how it would always be.  because she loved him and she hated him and he cheated on her but he treated her like a princess and told her he loved her whenever she was in a bad mood.

wishful thinking."you're so beautiful." you giggle the first time he says it and he brushes away your hair. you giggle because he must be insane. he's obviously the beautiful one. "you're an idiot." you reply and he smiles. his beautiful little smile. and he ducks down his head to give you a kiss. his lips are so soft, so sweet. there's nothing you want more.
"you're my angel." you cry the first time he says it and there's nothing he can do because you're only on the phone and he seems so far away. but he knows just what you need and he's sne wishful thinking.
